 I have an open pull request on adding `utfcpp`:
 https://github.com/macports/macports-ports/pull/27400

 When it is merged I will open pull requests on updating `lttoolbox` and
 `apertium` too.

 I am also experimenting with adding ports for language data and language
 pairs, like `tesseract` has.
