 Does it compile with Xcode Clang?

 ICU >=76 is written using the C++17 standard, and every port that depends
 on it should also use a compatible compiler
 ([changeset:35a3ac85252bd3b9590ebf8404baf7e7c1dd3cdc/macports-ports
 example]).
