 minix/config.h being absent is completely normal. This is how configure
 scripts work: They look for things on your system to determine the
 capabilities of your sytsem. This configure test has correctly determined
 that your OS is not [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Minix Minix].

 Could you please attach the main.log file?
