Comment (by ekatus):

 Hello,
it seems like I'm stuck in a world of shit with PPC and MacOS X Tiger. It
won't build any stuff it seems, also the dependencies of ports. I
configured the binary repo GLEBM as suggested which helped a bit, but for
example, when trying to install port "gimp", there is a dep on python313
which does not install (latest installed is python312). So there is a
number of errors across many deps, compile errors, assertion errors,
missing includes like "libproc.h" etc. I wonder if my formerly clean
install of MacOS X 10.4.11 got messed up already.
Trying to install "by hand" by let's say downloading the gimp sources
fails also - in the configure step (compiler not good enough) or when
trying an older release like 2.0.6 of gimp it says glib2 missing.
I could open a ticket for every failed port but then I don't want to steal
the time of people by bothering with my shenanigans.

 kind regards
