 First brought this up with the py39-scipy team over at https://scipy.org.
 They explored the issue and determined, "that's an issue with the numpy
 install, and its relation to loading the BLAS library. I think this is an
 issue that needs to be raised with the macports maintainer rather than
 numpy/scipy."
