 Thanks for the detailed instructions.

 Modifying the Portfile this way did not work, and I didn't try to find out
 why.

 But using the Finder to copy a symlink to the CLT SDK into the Xcode
 directory worked well. It's weird that it works with the Finder but not
 from the command line. I don't mind modifying Xcode. By the time the next
 Xcode version is released, MacPorts will likely have provided arm64
 binaries for macOS 15, and I can finally upgrade. Thanks again!
