 the raptor2 issue is being tracked here: #68452.

 AFAIK, rolling back to an older raptor2 is the only solution at present. I
 guess people expected this to get fixed, and so MacPorts hasn't done that
 as yet.

 Do you actually need something KDE? The MacPorts kde4 installation is
 really, really, really old. I am not sure it is ever going to get updated
 -- it's a big project.

 I just installed a linux VM and run the absolutely most current KDE
 software side-by-side with MacOS. Took 10 minutes to set up with UTM on my
 M1 Mac.
