 I was reading the Installing page - specifically the Upgrade section

 https://guide.macports.org/#installing.macports.source#fromHistory

 I do not see "migrate" mentioned on that page.  It would be useful for
 that page to give a pointer to the Migration page along with some words
 explaining why.

 I've been using MacPorts for maybe 20 years and it's possible I've seen
 the Migration page and then forgot.  Now that I read it, I see there's an
 orderly procedure I could have followed.
