 In the meantime, I'm the maintainer of the ode port.

 But now that I'm looking into this request, I wonder why it was made. The
 [https://ode.org/wiki/index.php/Manual#Before_You_Build ODE documentation]
 says:

 > DrawStuff is a simple library written only to display the ODE demos and
 is not intended to be used in your own projects.

 So why should we install it? Is it because you want to use the ODE demos?
 If so are you asking for a way to install those as well?
