 Attempting to encode video with libx265 in ffmpeg7.1_3 results in a
 segfault. Testing against the current ffmpeg7 available on
 https://www.osxexperts.net/ does not cause a segfault using the same input
 file and command line options. Testing using the same input file and
 changing to libx264 instead also works without issue. Crash report
 attached.

 Example:
 ffmpeg -i inputfile.mkv -c:a copy -c:v libx265 outputfile.mkv

 System:
 Mac mini M4 Pro / Sequoia 15.2
