 A cabal destroot problem was just fixed a day ago in #71970 so please
 ensure you have that fix by running:

 {{{
 sudo port clean cabal
 sudo port selfupdate
 }}}

 Then try again.

 If it fails again please attach the new main.log file, because the one you
 already attached is incomplete (the parts marked "Skipping completed") and
 might not show the parts we need to see to diagnose the problem.
