 If you claim a product contains spyware, you should provide evidence.

 A quick Internet search shows there is concern over VSCode telemetry but
 also concern that all of the forks including VSCodium are unusable because
 you cannot legally use the proprietary extensions required to actually do
 anything useful, for example https://ghuntley.com/fracture/
