 {{{upgrade outdated}}} just does the same thing as {{{upgrade gnuplot}}},
 ie, no other ports are out of date.

 I reinstalled CL tools as follows:
 {{{
 sudo rm -rf /Library/Developer/CommandLineTools
 xcode-select --install
 xcode-select --reset
 }}}
 but no help.

 no but just for fun:
 {{{
 sudo port uninstall qt5
 sudo port uninstall gnuplot
 sudo port install qt5
 sudo port gnuplot
 }}}

 Still no joy, latest main.log attached.
