 Unfortunately I can't tell exactly what the problem is here from the
 information provided. My guess would still be that it is some kind of
 permissions or ownership problem, since the main change to syncing in 2.11
 is that portindex is no longer run with root privileges (specifically it
 runs as whichever user owns the parent directory of the PortIndex).
