 Thanks, that looks more like the log I was expecting to see.

 What do you get for

 {{{ls -l /opt/local/libexec/qt5/lib/QtCore.framework/Versions/5/QtCore}}}
 and {{{file
 /opt/local/libexec/qt5/lib/QtCore.framework/Versions/5/QtCore}}} ?

 All the missing symbols are defined by the {{{QtCore Framework}}} which is
 provided by {{{qt5-qtbase}}}. The problem is likely there.
