 When using the MacPorts package manager and building py313-astropy-
 healpix, the build reports a dependency error:

 ERROR Missing dependencies:
         numpy>=2.0.0

 The problem with this is that, nowhere in MacPorts is there a version of
 numpy that has reached V2.
