 This issue just got more bizarre on my end. After filing it, I had to do
 other stuff for some hours, only coming back to it now. I've not been
 touching anything MacPorts-related at all. Yet, my `port` command is now
 working normally, and I seem to have a functional MacPorts 2.11.1
 installation, though I've changed absolutely nothing!
