 I had a few minutes to look at the sandbox patch today - I'm not sure we
 need it. Maybe neverpanic can comment but it looks like upstream just uses
 kSBXProfilePureComputation - I suspect there was some problem with this in
 older versions of openssh/macOS but it seems to be working fine for me
 now.
