 This was supposed to have been fixed in #72428, in which the revision was
 increased from 0 to 1.

 Your log shows you are still using revision 0. Please run `sudo port
 selfupdate` to get the update to this port and all other ports. Run `sudo
 port upgrade outdated`. Then try libgit2 again.
