 I explicitly disabled (removed) otbenv.profile from MacPorts' installation
 with [changeset:"62c015f68f98d3fd6bc26161150542c144b8e298/macports-ports"
 62c015f], as it would need a rewrite (or extensive patch) for (in
 particular) MacPorts' installation of OTB with Python subports.

 This is the implementation of
 [https://github.com/orfeotoolbox/OTB/blob/develop/Packaging/Files/otbenv.profile
 otbenv.profile].

 I will gladly review any PR to address this. That being said, I'll take a
 look (when time permits) at how this can be solved.
