 AVIF support was added to GD in PHP8.1 so surely there's a way to get it
 in a Macports-installed PHP. PHPWatch says to install the libavif library
 and then recompile PHP. I uninstalled php83 and php83-gd, cleaned both,
 reinstalled. No luck. Can someone offer a solution? Does php83 need an
 update?
