 Just tried building a clean copy of py312-scipy (specifically `py312-scipy
 @1.15.3_0+gfortran+openblas`) and it failed with this error:

 Full log attached.

 It looks like the pythran port was updated to 0.18 a few weeks back, but
 the scipy port is not properly requiring the previous version.  I was able
 to get it built by downgrading pythran back to 0.17.
