 Both are already available. The public version-less file name is just a
 symlink to the latest versioned file name. So as of today ESPHamClock.tgz
 -> ESPHamClock-V4.19.tgz

 Also, just to capture it here in the ticket in addition to sundry emails,
 I have added a compile-time switch -DNO_UPGRADE to disable the self-update
 functionality. In my Makefile this can just be added to CXXFLAGS. This
 switch will be standard in the next release (4.20) but can be tested now
 if desired using beta 3 at ESPHamClock-V4.20b03.tgz.
