 I can not get to `CMakeError.log` because I rely only on the legacy
 builders for my legacy testing.  I do not have a 10.6 system.  Someone
 else with a 10.6 will need to test this for me.  Or perhaps you know of a
 way to capture that log file from one of the builders?  Or perhaps a way
 to make CMake spill its guts into `stdio`, the only accessible log file
 following a failed build?
