 We also see this problem on our recent build machines.

 I suspect the definition of `AM_PATH_XSLT` would be provided by the file
 libxslt.m4 which used to be installed by the libxslt port. This file is
 [https://github.com/GNOME/libxslt/commit/200ee26982b4c8cbe165555ae36aa684a744ccf4
 no longer installed] as of libxslt 1.1.41. The developers of libxmldiff
 will need to adapt to its removal. I believe
 [https://github.com/rpeyron/libxmldiff/commit/ad965442f675dc0c045dd9c54d248a4a8560997f
 they already have], they just haven't released a new version yet. I'll
 backport that fix and recommend to the developers that they release a new
 version.
