 MacOS  Sequoia 15.3.1, ARM M2 chipset.

 I installed cmake via "port install cmake"
 I get the following error
 Make Error: Could not find CMAKE_ROOT !!!
 CMake has most likely not been installed correctly.
 Modules directory not found in
 /usr/local/share/cmake-3.31
 cmake version 3.31.3
 The installation places the binaries in /usr/local/bin
 The directory /usr/local/share/cmake-3.31 is not created. I ran it as root
 so it is not a
 permission issue.
