Comment:

 Yup, I'm aware. As the error message says, unfortunately it is not
 possible to compile this old version of PHP with modern Xcode versions
 until I backport some fixes from newer PHP versions. You can either use a
 newer version of PHP (8 or later) or an older version of macOS that
 supports Xcode versions earlier than 12.
