 Since [3da1ad58d551d350c68ed096c9258e5f9ab59f50/macports-ports] the
 libmaxminddb port declares a dependency on the p5-ipc-run3 stub port. No
 port should depend on a stub port. Instead, libmaxminddb must depend on
 the specific perl version subport of p5-ipc-run3 that it will use. That
 means it must also use that specific version of perl and not generically
 `perl` from the perl5 port.
