 Since [f64b8b284dd231b99afbc2d116ae4d4ce6bdc6a7/macports-ports] the
 logwatch port declares a dependency on the p5-html-parser stub port. No
 port should depend on a stub port. Instead, logwatch must depend on the
 specific perl version subport of p5-html-parser that it will use. That
 means it must also use that specific version of perl and not generically
 `perl` from the perl5 port.
