 port opencv3 .pc file (/opt/local/lib/opencv3/pkgconfig/opencv.pc) is not
 symlinked to common pkg-config dir (/opt/local/lib/pkgconfig), so it
 cannot be found by compilers without manual tinkering. Propose that it
 gets added. I don't think it will conflict with opencv v4 because filename
 is opencv4.pc.
