 It doesn’t depend on portsync, it depends on the file system path that
 contains the cert files. Portsync is the alternative to install if that
 path isn’t available. Looking at curl’s port file it has the same kind of
 dependency as I put in postgresql so I am not sure where you are getting
 this conflict
