 I'm having the exact same issue with ASDF.  Thus, I'm getting the
 following warning message:

 {{{
 compinit:527: no such file or directory: /opt/local/share/zsh/site-
 functions/_asdf
 }}}

 The above file is setup as follows:

 {{{
 lrwxr-xr-x  1 root  wheel    39B Mar  9 23:56 /opt/local/share/zsh/site-
 functions/_asdf -> /opt/local/share/asdf/completions/_asdf
 }}}

 However, the file that it's linking to doesn't exist:

 {{{
 ➜ ls -al /opt/local/share/asdf/completions/_asdf
 ls: /opt/local/share/asdf/completions/_asdf: No such file or directory
 }}}
