 This is a request to update `lcov` to version 2.x.

 MacPorts currently has 1.16, while the latest is 2.3.1.

 I attempted to do this myself, and it sort of works, but I am not
 confident due to my lack of Perl knowledge. Therefore I attach a an
 incomplete patch to this ticket for others to build upon.

 Note that Memory::Process is listed as a dependency, but it depends on
 Memory::Usage which is not available for macOS (there's an explicit check
 in its makefile for macOS). However, lcov seems to work without it and
 it's unclear to me if this dependency is optional.
