 Yeah, my previous attempts to update the patches failed and was documented

 No one responded.

 Eventually I thought maybe it would be better to submit a Pull Request to
 update OpenSSH and that might get some more eyes on it?

 But this isn't exactly a surprise, so much as I haven't managed a solution
 on my own and the community at large hasn't been as helpful as I might
 have hoped yet.
