Comment:

 A GitHub pull request is the best way to submit updates to a port.

 If the build succeeds on your system but is known to fail on GitHub
 Actions because they block access from those IPs, just say so in the PR
 and it can be merged ignoring the GitHub Actions failure. Then Buildbot
 will build it, and assuming they don't block our buildbot IP addresses, it
 will mirror the file to *.distfiles.macports.org.
