 Yeah, the previous sandbox and launchd patches are before my time and I'm
 a bit out of my depth in my failed attempts to update them with changes
 upstream.

 I'm certainly open to contributions that would maintain that
 functionality!

 I haven't tested the diffs Alan just submitted, but thank you I'll look
 into them!

 In the meantime, if https://trac.macports.org/ticket/72482#comment:4 seems
 like the wisest move? By all means.

 As it stands the PR to update to 10.0p2 lagged upstream by about a month,
 so this hasn't exactly been a burning issue for anyone (though it has
 caused me some lost sleep and stress and wanting for better alternatives).
