 Note that this also blocks upgrading of py37-trove-classifiers,
 py37-openssl, py37-mock, py37-jinja2, py37-iniconfig, and py37-importlib-
 metadata (for me, at least... I'm on x86_64 Big Sur with Xcode 13, in case
 that matters...)
