 I'm not aware of GitHub Actions running any malware or security checks.

 There are all kinds of ports that don't build on all systems, and we allow
 PRs to be submitted for them, even if the CI systems are ones that can't
 build those ports (e.g. a port that only builds on older systems). A PR
 still offers other benefits, such as the ability to comment on and discuss
 changed lines.

 I'm not going to agree to manually mirror files on a regular basis. I'm
 currently trying to reduce my responsibilities not increase them.
