 Replying to [ticket:72487 amadeus24]:

 This is the same issue as #72485 and #72486

 In short: recent update of `R` was done without revbumping R ports, and
 until/unless they are revbumped, all pre-built R packages which MacPorts
 uses by default, are broken. Everything should install normally from
 source though.
