 Ok, I think you're talking about pages on the server
 https://ports.macports.org/.

 As far as I can tell, the search box at the top of every page searches
 only port names, not their descriptions. There's no port whose name
 contains "international", hence the search results are empty.

 If you want to search more than just the name field, you can do a more
 extensive search via the Ports tab and make sure "Only match port names"
 is not checked. For example, this search for "international" does turn up
 icu:

 https://ports.macports.org/search/?q=international

 If you still think there is a bug or missing feature in that web site,
 issues regarding that site should be filed at https://github.com/macports
 /macports-webapp/issues, not here in Trac.
