Comment:

 The file you attached is actually the config.log, not the main.log.

 It looks more like the relevant error in the log is:

 conftest.cc:3:10: fatal error: 'iostream' file not found

 1 error generated.
 }}}

 That would be fixed by ProblemHotlist#clts16.
