 The switch to `pydantic` v. 2 was done in
 https://github.com/gbouvignies/ChemEx/commit/d64864eedbe0691ac0f4f2251f56de1dddb358f0
 and
 https://github.com/gbouvignies/ChemEx/commit/1f55753b136fd64334528e3f2f33774297712a54

 So this is the last release that uses v. 1:
 https://github.com/gbouvignies/ChemEx/releases/tag/v2022.3.5

 It can be pegged to darwin <= 13, matching `pydantic` portfile.
