New description:

 MacPorts 2.10.7 macOS Sequoia 15.5 (24F74)

 New versions of QGIS3 and QGIS3-LTR were released Friday, May 16th. Both
 builds fail. Minor versions have previously updated without issues. The
 previous builds used MacPorts 2.10.5.

 Updated MacPorts and software installed using MacPorts Friday, May 23rd.

 You are asking for the port to be updated, and you said the problem does
 not occur with the previous version, so the correct ticket type is
 "update".
