 Weird I guess MacPorts `gstreamer1` ports where never fully tested for
 `+universal`, for now I'll just move the defaults behind `platform darwin
 intel` https://github.com/macports/macports-ports/pull/28526

 Not sure I really want to put in the work to fix `gstreamer1-*` and all of
 it dependences but I do need a functional copy of `GStreamer` for
 `wine-*`, pretty sure I can't go using `GStreamer.framework` pkgs or my
 own prebuilt version of `GStreamer.framework` I use in my own projects.
