Comment:

 Can reproduce. I don't think this is a shell bug, but rather a Tcl library
 search path problem.
 The change we made to turn `/opt/local/bin/port-tclsh` was intended to fix
 the search path, but for some reason it didn't seem to have the intended
 effect.
