 The above isn't strictly correct, though I suspect that it's true for most
 programs that care about sleep time at all.

 I have an upcoming change to account for "static" sleep time (sleeps
 occurring before the program is launched), but not "dynamic" sleep time
 (sleeps occurring while the program is running).  The latter is
 significantly harder, and not something I'm planning to handle soon.
