 Following the link above (https://github.com/qgis/QGIS/issues/61951), a
 specific, older version of py313-sip was activated. There is (was) mention
 that SIP >= 6.11.0 broke the QGIS3 compile.

 Success (haha). QGIS3 compiled. Using it now, cautiously.
