 The build to upgrade libgit2 from 1.7.2_0 to 1.9.0_0 fails on 10.13.6.
 From the log (attached) I see that errors are generated when the compiler
 does not recognize 'static inline int' as a known type.
 When I run 'port upgrade outdated' the builds of dependents bat, cargo,
 cargo-c and rust likewise fail.
