 Any idea how to fix it? For me it fails on 10.6 right at the end of
 configure. On arm64 machine at that point the output will be that tcl uses
 stubs. Nothing gets generated on failure (config.log only shows that zlib
 test fails, which I mistakenly connected to the configure failure, but it
 is unrelated and also fails on arm64 – their test is both wrong and
 inconsequential), it just spits out `Error: 1`. (Just in case, I tried
 with a modern compiler, it also fails identically, so it is not Xcode gcc
 fault.)
 Every earlier version of `sqlite3-tcl` was building fine.
