 The logisim-evolution port links to https://github.com/reds-heig/logisim-
 evolution as the homepage.  However this URL is currently broken, leading
 to a 404 on GitHub.  I think this is causing the port livecheck to error
 and preventing MacPorts from checking if the port is outdated (see
 https://ports.macports.org/port/logisim-evolution/details).

 Briefly checking the internet archive, I found that this homepage URL did
 once point to a repository.  So I suspect upstream just moved development
 to a new repo but the port still links to the old one.  And briefly
 looking up logisim-evolution, I found this active repo: https://github.com
 /logisim-evolution/logisim-evolution.  I'm not affiliated with the project
 so I can't verify that's definitely the new repo, but it does seem highly
 likely.
